We tried everything to get this to work . Put it up about 30′ on a pole , didn’t work , 10′ , didn’t work , nothing worked. We moved it from one area to another , still didn’t work. We are about 25 miles away from stations , we live out in the country , but on a highway. Our house is open except for some trees on one side of the house. We had Directtv and dropped it , the prices suck. So then we put up an old antenna we had , it was broken with just the top part of it still intact and mounted it on the old Direct Tv mast and pulled in 12 stations. So why doesn’t the MS-2002 even pick up one station? Our old broken antenna pulls in 12! This antenna may work for some people , but I am not impressed at all. In my opinion , it is a piece of junk. I am very disappointed. I had high hopes for this antenna after reading the reviews. Thank god Amazon is refunding our money. Love Amazon , but hate this antenna!

Could not get a signal. I am in a bad location surrounded by very tall buildings. A friend used it a his location and did not perform any better then his rabbit ears.

I have a water tank obstruction close to the line-of-site to the stations local to my area. I was unable to get a really good signal using this antenna even though I am no more than 6 to 7 miles from the towers. I reverted back to my old antenna mounted inside the attic and with proper orientation got the new digital signals with enough strength to maintain the images without freeze.

I currently have an off-air antenna mounted in my attic that I bought a number of years ago from Radio Shack. It worked, but not great. In preparation for the switch to digital TV I thought I’d upgrade to something better and decided to purchase the Winegard MS-2002. After installing it on my roof top I was less than thrilled. I live in what’s referred to as a the Metro Detroit area (Lake Orion) and get drop-out on a number of channels that originate in the Metro area, specifically channel 2 Fox WJBK. I’m hoping things may change after the full switch to digital occurs on June 12. Right now I’d not recommend this antenna.
I received the antenna in a very timely manner, however, it wasn’t powerful enough for my area. I returned it without a problem and received my money, except shipping back.
